Francis Ryu is an esteemed animal advocate, service dog trainer and San Diego dog behaviorist with deep ties to San Diego County, CA, and Franklin County, NC. Since 2020, he has successfully rehabilitated over 24 canines through his San Diego Dog Whisperer Fostering Program, which has also produced three service dogs for psychiatric use across the U.S., provided free of charge to handlers.
Armed with a B.S. in Psychology from Pitzer College and an M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis, Francis joined the Vet Mother Earth Founder Advisory Board in 2023 to support it’s projects in responsible pet ownership and more.
Volunteering with Vet Mother Earth, Francis leads efforts in San Diego to educate and train pet owners nationwide on canine behavioral psychology and therapy methods.
